I totally understand your problem with olive oil. But I've read the olive oil is more healing than other oils.
I've been doing the gallbladder flush for about 15 years now. I struggled thru drinking the olive oil every time, dreading doing the flush because of the olive oil being so thick and difficult to drink and the
Epsom Salts being so unbelieveably bitter and nasty. I elected several years ago to stop drinking the
Epsom Salts because I just couldn't take it anymore, and instead did a cleansing tea.
I finally got smart this year and thought to drink both thru a straw. (I can't believe it took me this long to think to do that!!) But both are so easy now, and the whole flush thing is so easy now.
Also, I read somewhere this year, (I don't remember where now) that drinking the
Epsom Salts actually helps make the flush more successful, by dialating the ducts and helps to flush more stones.
I also read that you should mix the epsom salts with the juice of a grapefruit and you supposedly can't taste the epsom salts. I thought, "yeah, right!" But I tried it the last 2 flushes, and the grapefruit juice actually covered the bitterness and nastiness of the epsom salts, and doesn't taste bad at all!!!
I now won't dread doing my flushes, and will definately do them more often!!!
I hope these tips helps you and anyone else that might try what I've already experienced.
