Personally, I have never suffered from a herpes breakout inside of my nostrils; however, it is actually quite common because it is still a mucus membrane. Treat it as if it were any other sort of herpes outbreak you have suffered from: try to help it heal the damaged area, wash your hands before and after touching the sore and local area, make sure your body is getting the rest and nutrients it needs.
