I had the Ellis machine back in the 90's and I paid around $500 for it. Someone had inquired about it so I got curious to see what if anything has changed, so I got on the website.
Well I was surprised to read the latest claim about Ellis beating the world record reverse curl. Of course I can't find one listed but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
There seems to be such a divide in thoughts regarding the man, so I thought a simple photo of the man who in his late 60's can reverse curl the world record or more would help.
I have concerns that there are no recent photo's of him anywhere just the one on his website in his 20's where he's all buff. To state he beat any world-record without working out at close to 70 years old is a pretty tall order.
A high resolution photo of the man preferably shirtless would put alot of this controversy to rest. So anyone including Ellis, or Ellis' friends or family like to post one for all us "want to be believers" out there?
Unless I'm missing something regarding the claims that he has made, this should pretty much put it all to rest. The idea that only the old photo of him in his prime exists on his website speaks volumes.
Note to those defenders of the faith I am not out to bash Ellis, quite simply like all those other health guru's that we expect to see in glowing good health, Ellis should be held to no different a standard, so asking for a recent un-touched photo is fair game, so don't get all upset.
Thanks.
