hello curezoners,
Enclosed is information that can likely benefit anyone, regardless of the body's condition or challenges...Even better, it will allow life to open up to its fuller potential, through a form of self-empowering simplification, bringing a person closer to providing their own 'medicine'. Imagine how good that feels, especially if you are someone who has felt for a long while that 'no one can help me'; or,that you must simply accept a diminishing quality of well-being.
This information will help with sorting out vast quantities of (often conflicting, and sometimes fruitless)input on this vs. that magical supplement, or silver bullet.
\b{"let your food be your medicine" and "your medicine your food" has always been truthful, and remains so.}
Thankfully, this means we only have to return to the wise practises that were in existence before the advent of pasteurization, chemical
preservatives , and other methods of food-processing involving gross manipulation of the life force.

I've been really enjoying making -and eating- fermented vegetable and fruit mixes this fall/winter; partly because I wanted to reduce the goitragenic properties of some favorite (and otherwise very beneficial)foods, such as brocolli and cabbage...and partly because I just intuited this was now the best way to eat; esp. given the proliferation of superbugs, and so forth.
I do best (suspect many others might also)eating small amounts of these highly-nutritious and bio-available foods, along with some good simple grains, plant fats, fruits, nuts and seeds and so on. I've found that less and less food is where the body really wants to be at, given the chance, so long as one is getting high quality nutrition, and all the beneficial orgasnisms of these fermented foods.
This allows one to be the best possible 'instrument for peace', and gives a person more freed-up energy for sorting out the tremendous influx of information, much of which is of the frankly fear-inducing sort.
It is amazing how much more clearly one can discern truth from lies, and free oneself too from giving vital energy to the 'abyss' of negativity, once the body's ecology is balanced. Maybe then, we can appreciate the rebalancing required in the planet as a whole, and feel more up to -and inspired by- the task!
Wishing you all good health, and a return to joy and joy-making.
BTW, A good beginning and fun book to dispel fears of the "dangers" of fermented foods, as most of us has been contditioned to think, is "Wild Fermentation".)
best,
Chiron
