Lots of people have done them without colonics. You do it at your own risk. I never knew about it and did without for almost a year.
Some people do several enema's and I bought a colema board.
I am on vacation for several weeks and I do the flush without the colema, but I use Oxypowder 4 nights before, use softeners, and use the ES.
