This has been posted before, but might be worth repeating.
For those of you struggling with
Epsom Salts (Magnesiun Sulfate), Magnesium Citrate is a great alternative. I have done 18 flushes and used ES for the first few, then switched over to Magnesium Citrate, 600 mg for each of the four servings. I find it tastes way better ( particularly if you add a little grapefruit juice to the water) and is a little easier on my system, yet does the same job as ES.
