Its sad that your 2 1/2 year old daughter is already constipated. I'm glad to hear that you decided to stop feeding them the frozen dinners that come in a box that are filled with toxic chemicals. I like the saying "if it comes in a box it's not real food" and when you think about that statement, its true.
I'd like to suggest that you not feed your daughter rice and fried foods while she is so constipated, rice is a sticky mess for someone who is having trouble with their bowels. It would be best if you would feed her only fresh vegetables and fresh fruit in order to help her bowels start moving again.
I think it would be fine to use Uny's IF#1 for your daughter but I'd use only 1/2 a capsule. This will be a messy thing to accomplish, plus I don't know how well a 2 1/2 year old will do swallowing a capsule. What you would do is open the capsule, dump 1/2 of the powder out and put the capsule back together. That way you'd only have a 1/2 dose for her. The thing is you'd have to be very careful, making sure that all the powder that might get on the outside of the capsule is brushed off because it does contain cayenne and if any of the powder is left outside the capsule it would burn your daughters mouth. The only other way is to put 1/2 the power from one capsule in some juice, mix it up and have her drink it but I'm sure that would be a problem because of the taste and the hot of the cayenne.
I hope you're able to get her back on track soon and that you feel better soon too. Please let us know.
Blessings.

Good for you VK, its great that you were able to get her to take the part of the smoothie you dumped the IF#1 into. Pretty smart on your part to scoop out the IF#1 section and have her eat that first lol then give her the rest of the smoothie last. As parents we gotta do whatever works to get the job done don't we?
Kudos to you girl!
