Hello, the HW cleanse is separate from the in between herbs, so whether or not you take the latter, the results of the cleanse are unaffected. The in between herbs are just to keep things a bit more controlled, or stabilized, in between 90 day cleanses. I've actually never used the in-between herbs, because I already cook with them early every day. I do some of the other cleanses (antibacterial, liver, and lung), but again, these do not affect the results of the HW cleanse. Hope this helps!
