Herbs are exactly for the adrenal insufficent, but not the stimulating herbs. Using adrenal stimulating herbs to get through the day is no different than drinking cups of coffee to get through the day or worse yet, energy drinks AKA the Devils Urine. Herbs which rebulid the adrenals over time work quietly and you will generally not notice their cumulative effects until one day you realize you "should" be tired, but are not.

Or, you can ignore the above and go buy some Korean Red Ginseng roots, Maral Roots, Siberian Ginseng and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans, mix them all together and go out in a blaze of glory!!!

Do some research on the relationship between adrenal health and magnesium in the body. You'll find that they are directly related.

Chamomile is very high in magnesium. Magnesium being a relaxing mineral is what gives chamomile that effect. Drinking lots of chamomile tea is a very good idea.
