I just completed flush #16 this am.
Numbers 14, and 15 were relatively minor in that only about 100 bb size green came out. I thought finally at the end of over a year of flushing that I was at the bottom of the proverbial barrel of stones, but I was wrong.
This is apple season here where I live and I have been eating from 1-3 a day for a couple of weeks.
I am getting ready to go on a trip to Denver so I wanted to flush and not wait til I returned. My upper back has been hurting and I thought it was time to flush. And diarrhea irritable bowel symptoms have been worse lately too (GB removed in 2002)
I only ate apples yesterday and lots of water and diluted cider.
I did colosan for three days in a row too.
I did the standard Hulda Clark flush, one dose of ES this am and last pm.
I did a enema this am too.
Results:
About 50 semi calcified, crumbly, almost white, very smelly!!! stones. The biggest was dime size. Most 1cm or so.
About 50 dark, amost forrest green/blackish stones that were coated on the outside with light green.
Very cool.
I am a believer in the apples and malic acid now.
I have never gotten out so many old stones.

This is a reply to # 154,040Good job! I am starting the malic acid for my next flush in hopes of more and older stones.
Another thing I was considering is using Colosan and only one dose of ES in the PM and then only one in the AM. Does the Colosan keep things moving in the AM like ES? I am definitely up for only tasting that nastiness twice instead of four times. ACK! Thanks always for sharing your great ideas and insight. :)

I am glad apples and apples juice worked for you to get a bigger
and better liver flush. But for me it was the opposite. I drank a gallon of apple juice over three days and then flushed, I got almost nothing. I really had to look to find even a few green balls. If this was my first flush I would have thought the Liver Flush was a failure and would not do it again. However the partially sucessful Liver Flush did restore my body's ability to make stomach acid. So far it has lasted for two weeks this time.
The other Liver Flushes restored my ability to make stomach acid for about three months each time. Also the Liver Flushes have a perfect record in stopping 'acid' refluxes. I have not had ONE reflux since the first flush over a year ago. I was having two or three a week when I slept. I think for my next flush I will use Malic acid and apple cider and see what happens-( juice is just too sweet) My next birthday I will be 70 and very content with my health. I have not taken any aspirin or prescription medicine in
