MoreHad mirena removed 3 weeks ago. 3 days ago started burning when i urinated and had to frequently. Went to the Dr. because I was sure I had a uti. Everything was fine. Dr. told me it could be Interstitial Cystitis. She gave me a pamphlet and told me to come back if the problem persists. Now what has any one had this problem. Never had any problems with my bladder with mirena in.- Re: bladder problems adamson77

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,539,812i did have a uti and bladder problems and now use detrol la. it's like suddenly you have to go go go.

This is a reply to # 1,539,812I have the same problem now. Had the mirena removed a little over 2 months ago and now I have a hard time urinating and feeling like I always have to go and never feel releif. Its not an infection I took Antibiotic and it did not help. It feels like my urethra tube is swollen and the urine wont come out. It is the mirena

This is a reply to # 1,539,812Try D-mannose. It is good for UTI's and getting good reviews for intersitial cystitis too. I'm currently dosing one of my cats who suffers from stress induced FUS and along with colliodial silver, he's no longer peeing on things he shouldn't.
