If you are following the instructions in amazing liver cleanse, you are in great shape. I have done the same for at least my past 10 flushes. the follow up colema is very important... don't skip if you can help it.

Colonics after Liver Flushing are certainly necessary - for those who can efford them. I use coffee enemas, mornings and evernings for two days after flushing. The coffee enemas get lots out, no problems so far. Good luck, Giz.

i found that his Liver Flush did in fact differ greatly from the other flushes.

i cannot afford colonics or a colema board..
i cannot do swf..
i used prior to the flush as his books suggest as options,
3 weeks using Julia Changs Gold Coin Grass then progressed to using apple juice for the malic acid prep, and then 2 days before the flush i did a dose of Colosan to clear out from colon down my innards *smile*

i used his alternative recipe for the oo/grapefruit mix
as listed in the book and i swear it was tasty lol !!

after the flush, i used another dose of colosan again
to clear out from colon down to ensure that no stones got stuck.

i also took a tablespoon of Clarkia prior to the oo to make sure to kill any liver flukes etc if there were any in my liver as it was flushed.

i timed it to the waning moon, and it was incredibly gentle flush over all.
i got out a lot of crushed bits of stones.(sorry i am not a counter type person lol)
i just flush it down and say good glad its out.

since the overall experience was so wonderful, calm and gentle,
i will use his version forever now.
i figure why try another way?

i know it greatly relieved my mind to know i did not risk stuck stones etc..by following his tips and suggestions.
esp since i have no health ins or income to cover any potential side issues.
