1. Brush your tongue as hard as you can...front and back.
To avoid gagging breath out constantly while brushing tongue. If irritation occurs use less force.
2. Take Crest Pro Health Night Mouthwash. IT contains Cetylpyridinium chloride and wroks great (gets rid of white coating). Take it morning and night (last thing before you go to bed). Also take it during day as needed.
