This is a reply to # 1,532,888It is even not good to do it before a physical since it throws off all your tests. I once made that mistake and I did not have any B12.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,532,941The forum is now called Liverflush Evidence, but FAQ are good on the Liver-Flush forum too.
I read the info several years ago, may be 4 years or so.
