Snozberry, I don't know that there's any way i could guess how many flushes it would have taken. there are far too many variables to figure that out. however i can say a lot more, and not just a lot. if you think about it, chanca piedra, and chinese bitters will also help break apart large stones that you never would be able to flush out otherwise. they really are "tools" to help get all of the stones out. also apple juice/cider does help to get the stones loosened up so you can flush more out at a time. i discovered these 3 work the best for me. stones often come out like sand... and tons of them, its crazy. i'll also get huge stones, which i can tell were just pieces of a much larger stone. i think it's the only way to really clean out the liver and gallbladder, break everything apart and soften it up so it can be removed.
i definitely don't think 10 flushes would have been enough for me. yes everyone wants to get this overwith quickly, unfortunately it's not that easy. it's really dependent on the person, and there's no way to predict how long it will take a person to get rid of all their stones. but i agree with your thinking, there has to be a better way. thats why i started doing seriouly preparation. i also eat no food for 10-12 hours before the flush, and no fat whatsoever on the day of the flush. i take no drugs , vitamins and have no refined
Sugar whatsoever on the day of the flush. i also get lots of sleep several days before the flush, anything that can help.
i've never flushed out less than 100 stones except when i did the coke flush once. with clark flush i flush between 100-1000 stones every time.
i've never seen a calcified stone, they were all cholesterol stones, looking older and older with each flush. i have done 35
Liver Flushes total, flushing about 7500 decent sized stones. probably about 20 huge stones.
i hope that helps,
best wishes.
