Hi Joe - No I do not believe the blood
Sugar and blood pressure are exactly related although at times what you eat does affect both.
I have diabetes and kidney failure problems. And both my husband and I have been struggling lately with high blood pressure. Some of it going as high at 190 and 200. So we researched and tried out a lot of different supplements and foods to see what could help lower the blood pressure ad here is what we found:
1) Hawthorn berries are great for lowering the blood pressure And the breathing problems of heart disease (I have had problems with breathing due to my kidney problems)
2) Both more garlic and
Celery in our diet + deodorized garlic tablets and
Celery tablets helped really well in lowering the blood pressure.
3) But when we added Almonds to our diet - 12 almonds a night with skin on them - our blood pressure really came down very well.
4) And the Most beneficial was when I added Turmeric to the food I eat. If I have something to eat like a bowl of chile - I add 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric to it and it lowers my blood pressure very well. You could take the Turmeric capsules also - but this is one that has many healing benefits to it also - along with the almonds.
I am adding a links to show what the health benefits are if you want to add Almonds and Turmeric to your diet.
I think adding all of these things to the diet - the hawthorn berries, garlic and
Celery tablets, Turmeric, and almonds will really give you great results.
* Some people are allergic to hawthorn berries - and if you are allergic to them - it will raise your blood pressure - So skip the hawthorn berries. But definitely do the rest!
You will see great results Immediately!
*** WARNING: If you are on Blood pressure medicine currently - you might have to stop for a day or so to see how these work by themselves - or lower your dosage -
Because THESE THINGS WILL REALLY BRING OWN YOUR BP IMMEDIATELY!! (Sorry - Caps for emphasis and Warning!
God bless you - hope this helps!
