As of now, I have taken about 3 g of Dandelion root, four garlic oil pills (3 mg each), 1 g of Coenzyme Q10, about 6 to 8 g total (so far) of vitamin C, a packet of tangerine Emergen-C, 60+ drops of
Black-Walnut hull tincture, about 8 cups of apple juice, 2 g of MSM, and a liver support formula pill. I have eaten nothing else today.

Total added: 25 mg of Pycnogenol, another packet of Emergen-C , some more apple juice, maple syrup, another garlic oil pill, and a couple
ounces of apple cider vinegar. Also some (a significant amount of) cayenne pepper, salt, and cinnamon.

1:00 AM: Gave distilled water + aloe vera juice enema; prepared juice of 5 lemons + 5 limes
1:30 AM: 4 T soy lecthicin, 2 T coconut oil, 5 T flaxssed oil, 5 T olive oil, 5 T Udo’s Choice oil mix, 1 t ghee, dash cayenne pepper, 1 g vitamin C (time released), 30 mg garlic oil (10 3 mg capsules), drank all but ~4
oz of lemon-lime juice (approx 12
oz drank)
12:30 PM: Distilled water enema; 600 mg caffeine + distilled water enema
1:00 PM: 50 mg Pycnogenol, lots of water.
4:00 PM: 10 ml magnesium citrate
7:30 PM: Fatty meal (steak, pork, guacamole)
My results were sketchy. While I certainly expelled a lot, I did not expel very many large stones at all. I had been taking shots of apple cider vinegar and eating an average of seven apples per day the week before, so if there is any truth to the malic/orthophosphoric acid theory, then I probably did very well at breaking up these stones.
On a side note, and something that's very important to me, my pet rabbit has a serious infection. Any of you who are religious... perhaps you could give a little prayer? Being non-religious, I have no one or nothing I would pray to, but she's very dear to me, and hey - anything, if it has the remotest chance of helping, right?

Thanks.
