I agree with you. He shouldn't do something like that unless he is 100% sure that is what he wants.

I think the tubal ligation is your best bet since you want the most effective, without having to take a pill. Other methods aren't as sure as the tubal or the pill, and you could easily become pregnant and have choices to face that I am assuming you'd rather not have.

There is this site that has some natural methods of birth control which I suppose could be used in conjuction with less effective methods of birth control like the sponge or diaphram.

Or you could have your lining of your womb lasered, like i did. It is not 100 percent effective against pregancy, but it is highly effective. But tubal pregnancies can still happen with this surgery.
