Hey folks, the reason I wanted to post this in this forum is because I have more trust in the folks that pay attention to Natural Hygiene and I'm wondering if you folks may in your readings have come to any opinions on the subject or know a good person on these forums I can ask. (I will also post this in the Women's forum.)

I'm interested birth control that doesn't include condoms for my husband and I. I currently use the pill. No matter what, it is unnatural to try and make the body not reproduce as a result. Every options seems terrible for the body: the pill has some connections with cancer. IUD's get terrible reviews on the forums. Surgery while appealing is potentially even more scary - having my insides cut and developing internal scar tissue. So the basic question is what's the least bad of all of these evils? I would love to get "fixed" and I don't know if that's worse than the pill. Any thoughts of where I can research this or is there a knowledgeable person on these forums in this particular subject?
