I am -GB also. Flushing is probably something you really should do since you have a history w/ G-stones. You realize that there is a strong connection between G-stones and the development of diabetes. Stones cause pancreatitis that leads to death of islet cells that produce insulin. You also should realize that there is a connection between hi TG lo HDL and
Gallstones and diabetes (bummer x4).
The flush is very easy and much safer than not doing it. W/o flushing stones could stick. I wouldn't worry abou it in the least. I had insulin resistance before I started flushing - gone now. Liver has a large role in carb metabolism and blood sugars. Stones in there mess everything up.
