Week 1- 7days apple juice fast (not fresh juice)
Week 2- Apple juice, fresh- grapefruit, apple, carrot, spinach, pineapple
Eating small not great meal in the evening
Week 3- Current routine- fresh orange or grapefruit first thing in the morning, then apple, carrot, spinach, celery, habanero, in the afternoon 2 servings of fresh
Watermelon and pineapple mixed.
Eating small mealin evening, fish, chicken breast, spinach, carrots, broccoli, green beans
Over the last few days I have had a small amount or small itchy poison ivy looking blisters on my right arm and a both legs. They itch really bad then dry up after about a day.
Today my right leg has a lot of cluster like itchy blisters all below the knee.
Is this from detox? I have been riding stationary bike for 45 min then in the infared sauna for ~30min
