I've had time to think his dream over and here's what I get.

The bath is a cleansing ritual. So this seems good.
However there is water on the wooden floor where it
doesn't belong, so this isn't good. Water can also
indicate emotions, which I believe are involved.

Anyway my interpretation is, that while in an emotional
high state I decided to quit smoking.
The plan to cleanse myself fell through.

Bathrooms are for cleansing a cleaning process as you menationed. But the water( feelings) was stagnated ( not moving and too much)and was going to break the floor (foundations)
If this is related with quit smoking. I think that you need to get rid of those stagnated emotions that can break your foundation, so you can make the quit asmoking process with solid foundations.

Just my sense of it.
