How often should - or should I say /can - I preform liver flushes, and for that matter, other forms of extreme detoxification (and what would the most intense/effective of those be)?
I am in very good general health and at this point in time, have both the time and the energy to well handle any detoxification reactions and spend the time necessary to carry them out. As for my personal comfort, nothing is off limits - during my last
Liver Flush I combined nearly every technique I knew of to get what I suppose were significant results.
While I didn't do the ortho-phosphoric acid (couldn't find it in time), I had been on a short detox cycle before, however, which included really a lot (including niacin/sauna therapy, fiber + bentonite, eating only fruits and vegetables, lots of supplements including
Black-Walnut hull tincture, etc.). I used the following protocol:
3:00 PM: - Stopped eating (had only had an apple/carrot juice drink that day)
7:00: 2 T
Epsom Salts with lots of water
8:00: Repeat
9:00: Repeat
10:50: Used mortal and pestle to grind up two 200 mg caffeine tablets and put in solution for enema.
11:00: Took two cups of mixed oils (olive, flax, coconut) with about a cup of lemon/lime juice; gave enema
11:10: Expelled enema; lied down in bed
11:30: Used deep breathing + liver "massage" technique to force out bile (literally physically took my hands and forcefully squished the bile out)
12:00: Sleep
8:00 AM: 2 T
Epsom Salts
10:00: One more cup of mixed oils with about 1/2 cup lemon/lime juice
10:20: After squishing out any more bile that would come immediately, sleep
3:00: 2 T
Epsom Salts ; squishing out bile from liver whenever possible.
As expected, this worked really quite well. What I want to know is... any suggestions (geared towards health and/or effectiveness)? When is the earliest effective time that I may do the next one? How should I prepare (what supplements or actions can I take, etc.)?
I'm really very uninformed about this subject, and I only really know what I've read about it somewhat recently, so veterans, help me out!!! :o)
