That is BRILLIANT!!!!!!

I think the reason for the film canister is that the bottle cap might expand and contract with the weather and leak?  Not sure but the black plastic the film canister is made from is a different material than the bottle caps.  The bottle caps are more rigid.

I'd sure like to see this film in English and with more explanation given.  For instance, I don't know how those heavy bottles would stay up there month after month unless there was some kind of rubber gasket holding them in. Also, unless you slathered it really good with silicone I can't see that it wouldn't leak.  They've got to have some kind of a gasket rimming the hole in the roof.

I would imagine on nights with a full moon it'd be very cool, kinda like the skylights throughout my house that radiate the moonlight almost like a light.
