I know that you have been around this forum for quite a while. Therefore, am assuming, perhaps wrongly, that you already have been applying some of the basics here regarding pH testing, the alkalising drink, detox/alkalising baths, selecting top quality produce, appropriate physical activity [especially rebounding] and the extra tools and tricks that have been mentioned.
If so, you should have significant improvement in pain of all sorts as well as many other health challenges. However, some seem to have more of a struggle. I sure did!
Often this forum has assumed that all that is needed is to apply these principles more thoroughly. My suggestion is that NPN is NOT the only possible toxin that can create grave disruption in one's health. Both man-made chemicals and mycotoxins [mold poisons] are ubiquitous, and may play a significant role.
If MORE of the right stuff is not producing results, then LESS of the bad stuff may be the answer. If less NPN has not completely solved your problem, you may unknowingly be reacting to either molds or man-made chemicals. Both of these can induce pain syndromes, either intermittent or chronic.
All that said, regardless of the source of the bad stuff you need less of, overwhelming one's detoxification system will congest the lymphatic system, causing varying degrees of increased acidity in the body, and eventually pain.
Reducing your total load of toxins will help. So, just suggesting the least often considered one.
