I just did my 4th flush and got out about 400 stones. I wanted to let others know because I was almost ready to quit The Clark Flush .
I was having a really hard time with the Epsom Salt drinks. I reduced the epsom by 1/3 and didn't do the last 8 a.m. drink. At 8 this morning I drank 2 glasses of water with some KM Matol in it. The recovery today wasn't nearly as bad as it was the other 3 times.
So don't be afraid to reduce the epsom if you are like me. It worked great. My mind is very clear today and I suspect I will have lots of energy tomorrow.

This is a reply to # 1,517,624I never do the 8 am Epsom Salt dose as I always run till about 3 pm with just the 6 am dose. I also drink water like crazy after both pm doses, during the night if I get up to the bathroom (I drink a glass of water on the way back to bed) and lots of water in the morning.For me, staying well hydrated means feeling good after an LF. Being dehydrated means feeling like I got run over by a Mac truck after an LF. I even sometimes make up and drink The Master Cleanse lemonade drink (sans cayenne pepper) as it is easier to drink lots of fluid with the lemonade drink. It has never negatively affected a LF, and we are talking at least 35 flushes using the drink as fluid replacement/maintenance.

This is a reply to # 1,518,096Wow that's great about being able to drink water. Do you know why Hulda Clark suggested not drinking after 2pm.
I would love to know the reason.
I am just a beginner and have much to learn.

This is a reply to # 1,518,241In my case NO FOOD just water all day and I saved the Epsom Salt for later after two hours or more of galloping the oil/lime potion. And repeat the whole process the next morning. I only use 2 ounce each oil/citrus.
Recently with the addition of a few drops of pure oregano essential oil to the oil/citrus potion, killing the suc***s, I have observed the gates of Gallstones unlocked.

Usually I fall asleep after galloping the oil/citrus so it depends. I take only 2 tsp ES only once and works for me.
where did you buy oregano oil?
Health food store, Just 1 ounce for $30 bucks. worth it.
How long before you start eating?
I do fruit/veggie juice all day. If I am really hungry I usually eat veggie soup for dinner.
