I have been recuperating from back surgery and found the dorn method described on the internet; it gives me hope though I wish I could find a therapist in my area; I downloaded the book and find the exercises are really easy to understand - however, there are multiple imbalances in my body and I was intrigued that just the first exercise of resetting the hip/femor resulted in pain in the knee upon walking again; I then tried the resetting of the knee through pushing down while standing; that gave some relief; now I am anxious to try them all but I know I will have to go slowly; i really wish there were a professional around with whom to consult - I like this method :)
