Healing or adjustment reactions are common especially if the condition existed over a long period of time. They will improve fast when doing the self therapy daily and balanced on both sides of the body. However it is important to do exercises with caution and they should not cause real pain while doing them. Beside structural problems we almost always also have a tension build up due to inner stress (unsolved issues present or past) and imbalances in our metabolism (often not enough magnesium). That means that beside self therapy exercises certain life style adjustments should be considered.
