Hello Everyone!

I've been doing the P&B shakes and flushing my liver on a regular basis for the last six months. For the past two weeks I've been experiencing some unusual gurgling in my gut. It doesn't seem to occur after any particular stimulus, but it's always in the same area...directly below my navel about midway to the top of my pubic bone. It feels like a flutter and isn't painful, but I'd like to know if anyone has the slightest idea what could be causing it.
