Yes...it is possible that mucoid plaque can loosen in such a quantity that it causes a temporary blockage...but it DOES work its way out...enemas or colonics help with this process. When one has been sailing along on the cleanse and then suddenly experiences constipation...this is usually what has occured. Once the gunk has passed regularity is usually restored.

I have no idea what sort of results you will get with the plan that you have outlined. My personal preference is using liquid Bentonite if Bentonite is to be used as part of a cleanse. Most cleanse programs are formulated to work together...although I think you can certainly experiement within reason.

You mentioned that you are using OxCygen instead of a product with cascara - could you let me know the name of the company which makes the OxCygen? I also have problems with cascara ( and also with psyllium) because of leaky gut. I find that these products worsen it. I have recently been diagnosed with Lyme disease (caused by Borrellia bacteria) which settles in many places and seems to be the main cause in my case of the leaky gut. Unfortunately it is also a cause of constipation, so there is a rather vicious circle. Your post was a long time ago, so I hope you have been helped since then.
