I have
Lugols and iodoral the tablet version, but for some reason i don't like using it. I did do several months on high dose lugols, 50mg daily, which unless you are treating a particular health problem, like fibroids etc i personally think is a bad idea, as displaces other minerals.
Well you have to make sure you are taking lots of stuff to counteract this affect, and so i would rather take a more conservative approach. It did not make any difference in the way i felt other than displace minerals that caused other health problems.
As i have hypothyroidism though i thought i should be on some
Iodine so i've just started on Atlantic Kelp 150ug. It says 1-3 a day, not sure if this is sufficent though. Hopefully this is not enough to displace any needed minerals.
I had zero Boron on a mineral test after the lugols, and then read
Iodine can drive this out of the body, so that is one to consider supplementing, which i'm doing now anyway as good for female hormonal balance apparently.
