MoreI find that I can take only a little more that a pint of plain water or coffee, and I can never take a full quart. Since a quart or more seems to be the amount usually recommended, would it be advisable for me to use a 750 ML retention inflatable double nozzle to try to hold a quart or more?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,505,803I use the bucket and tube from sawilsons.com, and feed the tube a foot or so up in there a little at at time. I'll push it in a little and let some coffee out to relax the muscles and to keep the tube warm and flexible. It takes 15 minutes or so to get all the coffee in, letting it out to the count of 5 each time and then waiting for it to settle. Maybe you're letting it in too fast?

I don’t think that you should try any inflatable nozzle. Just have some patience. It takes time and lots of trials to take an enema successfully.
Coffee retention enemas are usually a small volume such 1 or 2 cups and it is retained for 10 to 15 minutes. If you use a 2 cup coffee enema then you can do a second enema also a 2 cup coffee enema, right after expelling the first.
You should also take a cleansing enema before taking a coffee retention enema.

I do take coffee enemas very slowly, about 10 to 15 minutes to take 2 cups of coffee. And, I do do cleansing enemas before the coffee enemas. I can’t seem to take more than 2 cups of anything. I have tried a colon tube inserting it about 12 inches, but I still can’t hold more than about 2 cups with the tube.
Propaul, why do you think that I shouldn’t use any inflatable nozzle?

You could have something more serious that doesn’t allow you to take more than 2-3 cup enemas.
