I'm not sure. Normally blog posts get added instantly to the list on the front page. It's possible that the server is refreshed to update such postings regularly, and I guess theres a possiblity that new blogs take a little longer to be added.
If you can't view it on the Curezone home page after 24 hours, I suggest you create a post asking the webmaster to look at it. This is the webmasters support forum: http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=704
