I was back and forth to the toiley for 4 BMs yesterday. 

Except for the 3rd BM, which was very small and consisted of just the above, covered in dark brown, soupy, slimy liquid, the others were from much larger BMs (especially the first one) that at first sight appeared to be only very softly formed feces.  Goes to show that one needs to look and rinse to see the evidence.  I am amazed that I am still passing this much.  And it tells me that I surely need another Humaworm...which I do intend to do again!

My gut is shrinking...shrinking...shrinking!  Tender, but shrinking, and getting healthy, a bit at a time!
