As I was barefootin today I was in wonder at the tingling in my legs. As a teenager it was hard to get me in a pair of shoes, lol, I grew up barefooted but then I grew up and quit barefootin all together.
When I started barefootin again it was amazing that I actually felt the tingling in my legs. I can't really describe just how it makes me feel other than to say it feels freeing, refreshing, renewing, etc.
So my question is, how many of you feel the tingling in your legs as you're barefootin? Today was the first time I wondered if I was the only one who felt that or does everyone feel it?
I can't be the only one who feels this can I? Anyone care to share your barefootin experiences?.
Blessings,
Willow
Hello Willow
I get to walk barefoot at least 2 hours each day when I walk my dogs. (If no one is looking ha!), I will also find a nice spot, face the sun (if it's out) and practise a little yoga, qigong or Tai chi. I rarely get any aches and pains ... but if I do have some, it doesn't take long for my body to feel supple as a snake shortly after doing some stretches in bare feet.
I love walking barefeet through cold streams ... it's an indescribable joy.
Barefoot walking on fresh morning dew is bliss. I love finding the cold spots under the trees, I can feel the dew being sucked up through the soles of my feet and move up my legs ... then there is a sudden gush of warmth that flows up to my head. It's extremely healing. (My old head of nutrition told me that morning dew has a lot of minerals in it and that early in the morning, the feet will absorb them if we find the cold spots ... I have no science to verify this, but it feels true.)
The tingle is when the meridians/energy channels in the body become unblocked ... and the energy flows like a symphony, spreading through to every cell in the body. (I have a set of very beautiful meridian tuning forks, and it offers a similar experience, so I know the feeling of this.)
Because I work from home mainly, I get to walk out into the garden every few hours or so and sit barefoot on a wooden bench, with my feet touching the roots of my willow tree. It's so soothing, a meditation.
So, seeing your name here on Curezone is a always a lovely reminder to go out and get a little more tingle :-) and of course, the posts you write are always joyful to read too.
I appreciate your presence here on Curezone Willow!

That was such a sweet, kind and loving embrace! Thank you so much Angelic being!!
Owen and I still chat regularly. His mother just turned 100 and he's caretaking her and continuing to follow his spiritual path.
Well, you're still green - bright shiny green with sparkly pink in the heart chakra! Glowing!!
Thank you for spreading the love, the joy, the blissful being that you are. I'm sure everyone who comes by you feels it. I do.
Much love

Hi Maya,
When I found this forum everything about it spoke truth to me. Since then I've been studying the Schulze and Christopher protocol, but I've still got a lot to learn.
In light of the fact this forum focuses on Schulze/Chirstopher, with a little Gerson thrown in I made the post below a little over a month ago regarding barefooting, as told by Dr. Christopher, explaining just what it does for us and how important it is.
"I've been listening to Dr. Christopher's Herbal Lectures for 3 days now and boy have I learned some powerful stuff. First I want to tell you about my barefooting experience. Now I know Uny tells each and every one of us we are supposed to without fail go barefooting every single day. I'll have to be honest and say that until last night I really hadn't had the time to do it. I really didn't understand why we had to do it, I'm sure Uny has posted the reasoning behind it but I had other things I was trying to work out and hadn't researched that aspect of healing. So one of the CD's had the reason why we should be barefooting every single day. Here is what I found out. When we’re born we have a soft spot in the top of the head and as it closes up the opening is still available so that the universal mind or the power of God can come through the top of the head and go on down the spine and into the chakras and distribute itself through the whole body. We live on this electricity and this electricity operates our organs. The electricity is excellent as long as its fresh and free flowing. As it comes into the top of the head and goes down the spine, down through the legs, its supposed to be grounded out into the earth and a fresh supply continues to come in. But if we don’t go barefooting to ground it out into the earth daily then we walk around with static electricity which affects the nervous system, not good at all. When we go barefooting we have a free flow because we've grounded the static electricity into the ground, but if we don’t let the electricity out by barefooting then we become static and as the electricity accumulates in the body it gets so high and becomes so heavy that new electricity can’t come in. We need to ground it out into the earth daily by barefooting. If we don’t it affects our nervous system and we can’t sleep, we get grouchy, or whatever way it affects a body, we’re all different. We’ve got to get rid of the static electricity that’s in our body before it becomes toxic or new electricity can't enter. Thus the very important instruction from Uny to go barefooting every day!
I have always had trouble sleeping so after I learned from these CD's I went barefooting for the first time last night. I walked around in the yard for about 15 minutes and then came in and went to bed. I'll have to say it worked, I didn't have one bit of trouble falling asleep and believe me that is rare for me, I'm usually up reading for at least 2 or 3 hours every night. I was shocked and amazed at how powerful that one tiny bit of truth is and very grateful I've learned this truth. So as soon as I finish this post I'll be going barefooting again LOL."
As electricity builds up in our bodies we've got to get it out by grounding it into the earth and we do this by walking barefoot in the grass and I guess that would include dirt too lol. I haven't walked in much dirt but I'm sure that is acceptable.
The tingling I feel is the built up electricity leaving my body and grounding into the earth. I find the more I get into this program the more aware I am of how my body functions and I'm feeling things I've never felt before. I was wondering if everyone who barefoots is aware of this tingling and if not I wanted them to know about it so they could pay attention to it when they were barefooting. That way they could have the joyous experience I have when I'm grounding electricity into the earth.
Uny has created a place where we focus on the successes/works of two of the greatest natural healers that have ever lived. They healed thousands upon thousands during their day. What's that old saying? If it ain't broke don't fix it lol.
It sounds like you live in a paradise of your own, I've got one of those too lol. Thank you for sharing and for your kind words Maya.
Oh, btw I absolutely love willow trees, so beautiful.

Thanks for the lovely detailed post Willow.
It all makes complete sense. I've been thinking of getting hold of some copper wire (to insert into the ground outside) and threading that up through the house, so I can touch it when I'm on the computer. That's supposed to be a good way of staying grounded and discharging EMFs. I have a lot of orgone in the house, it helps a little. I tried out some scalar products recently, but they didn't make any difference.
One of the most blissful things I did this Summer was to sleep outdoors in my garden, with my feet touching the grass. PLEASE try that if you have the weather for it, I can't begin to tell you how much bliss ran through my cells. I wonder if animals feel this way all the time ...
As to the specifics of the Schulze, Christopher and Gerson protocols ... I know of them, but not in great detail. I do love the Schulze superfood which I always take with me if I am away from my juicer ... and also add to my juices.
I am a GREAT supporter of herbs (I grow a lot and also wildcraft) plus the raw food lifestyle. I drink at least 1 litre of green juices a day - so important to get my daily blood transfusion! From my observation - fresh juice, especially a lot of greens and sprouts, is the single most powerful way of getting and staying physically healthy.
Yes, I can see Uny is doing a fantastic job on this forum. I can feel the love that is here. I remember her from many years back, she was always a clever, knowledgeable lady ... she's even more amazing now; A wonderful resource for Curezone. Well, the popularity of this forum speaks for itself :-)
My best to you and yours
