The original website listed the max at 20 T per drink. It recommended starting very slow and building up to this amount if one's body seemed to need it.
Both Grz and I have used at least this much at times.
I did so right at the start, but think that it may have depleted my vit D to use so much so suddenly. Vit D tested low just after this on some tests that my Kaiser physician did.
I backed way off and started getting more sun and eating some fish each day as Moreless recommends. Then, I have cautiously increased a bit again.
Both last May/June when I has the dental issues and just today Moreless has posted about much higher usage. This is either short term for a specific condition, as with my tooth, or for one who has really built themselves up to utilize all that alkaline energy effectively. Otherwise, one will get overstimulated at first, then feel tired all the time.
