I used to lift weights in high school. In 12th grade during weight lifting class, after trying to lift heavier on one of the exercises, I got back pain. I went to two chiropractors. The second one told me my back muscles were hurting.
I have also followed stretches from a physician for my back and neck. I got a Pony Express delivery driving job in my 20's. I would bend my back to the left or right when it hurt. Another chiropractor took x-rays and said I have a curve in my spine and showed me that my neck is straight and other people's necks are curved.
I have seen a physical therapist and now I do physical therapy. Will it ever cure my back and neck trouble? Also I would like to know if there is someone else who has the same problem as me who has cured their problem either with physical therapy or something else.
I want to be able to get a job where I can lift 50
pounds regularly. Or sit at a desk where my neck won't hurt if I were to bend my neck down and look regularly, while I am doing my job.
