I'm in the middle of day 2. One thing I've noticed about hot water soaks is I get very weak and have a hard time breathing. I'm so weak it never crossed my mind to check my pulse. I usually soak in either a Mustard or Himalayan Sea Salt. The first time I did a Mustard soak I almost past out while in the tub. I was barely able to crawl over the edge . It's not as bad now, but after I rinse off I still crawl into bed. It is extremely relaxing.
They call it Watermelon for a reason. It's not as if you bought a Big Mac, a Large Fry, and a Chocolate Shake.
