Dearest Sara,
Thank you for this lovely post and for your condolensces. I don't think the driver meant to hurt her, it was just a tragic accident, yet it doesn't make it any less painful. We are way out in the country way off the road and the road dead ends at the driveway to our house, all the neighborhood dogs roam at will and the drivers are normally so careful. I don't know what happened. Well, he was late and probably in a hurry.
I know that you have been and are still suffering from your recent loss. Now I realize that it is a pain that one cannot imagine. I am not sure it will ever end. Misty too is very lonely and needs special attention, as this has affected her also. Once again, she is an "only dog."
Thank you for your kind words and your caring.
Many Hugs,
Luella
Bless your heart Sara. That must weigh heavily on your heart. Living through a tragedy is the worst thing ever. Your life changes in an instant.
