See if your doctor can do a Extra Corporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy. (Google it)
Uriflow won't work. Sorry you've already wasted the money. Avoid the laser up the wang if you can. An ESWL won't require a stent (horrific) which they'll sometimes put in and remove WITHOUT anesthetic. (Again horrible)
I had this experience a year ago after trying and failing with uriflow, a prominent doctor wanted to get a laser up there and keep me overnight at the hospital. I did some research and found out about the ESWL procedure. It is outpatient and far less traumatic. In the end I was very happy I had made the right choice.

I can truely identify with your pain!!!

I ordered Uniflow the day after I came back from the ER after 3 weeks of excruicating pain in my left kidney, left side and eventually down my left front side. The pain was so bad that I could not sleep in my bed for over two weeks. At the ER, the doctor took a CT scan and "thought" there was a kidney stones. I was not given pain medicine, even after asking for it, and I left in the same shape I was in when I went. She gave me a prescription for a UTI, which I had just taken Antibiotics for a couple weeks earlier. She said that the medicine would help with the pain. Later that evening, of course, I found out that she LIED about that. So I in desperation I searched the web seeking HELP soon. Came upon Uniflow, ordered it and it came overnight. Like the ER doctor, I found out theat the website info about how fast and adequate this product works was a big LIE. Because I was so desperate, I took two instead of three times a day. NO RESULTS. It didnt even help with the pain. The only thing that helped me a lot was apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon water. Both of these are alkaling fruits, which is what your body needs to fight against the acid that is making the kidneystones. So from this day froward, watch what foods you eat because some will create more stones, others will dissolve and/or discourage stones from forming. I hope I have helped you somewhat. Sad to say, but most doctors are ignorant how to help rid your body of kidney stones. All they know to do is cut, cut, cut!
