I'm planning on making a few gallons when I can find more fresh/raw organic habaneros to use for the peppers. I planted dozens of plants, but it's been a very cold/wet summer here in Iowa, and it's not looking like there's going to be any peppers before the first frost :( And trying to find a source for raw/organic habbies is one of my biggest challenges ever.
Since this is the time of year when they SHOULD be available, hopefully I'll 'score big' soon :)
One does not HAVE to use habaneros; any ultra-hot pepper will work...so if you have a source for hotties, don't hesistate to brew up a batch of your own! Here's the recipe:
