I'm on day 63 living on OJ.

For the past couple of weeks i haven't lost any weight.
IF YOUR ONLY CONSUMING FRUIT JUICE ANS WATER, THEN THAT IS FANTASTIC.
I still have quite a bit of fat on me so i know i have some more to go, like love handles that i don't love. I think it has to with the lazy way i make almond milk.
SO YOU ARE USING THE HIGH PROTIEN NUTS, THAT WILL SLOW DOWN WEIGHT LOSS, BUT ALSO DO NO DAMAGE TO THE DIET.
I use a gigantisourus tablespoon of almond butter and blend it up with coconut water and meat after a workout every other day.
THEN THAT IS YOUR FOOD SUPPLY, MORE THAN ENOUGH. YOUR MODIFIED FAST COULD GO FOR YEARS LIKE THIS.
My question is would almond butter slow down or stop a fast?
SURE, YOUR BODY KNOWS IT CAN LIVE ON THAT AND SOME JUICE.
My guess is yes. Even though the scoop of butter is blended up and turned to powder it still bulks up and has to come out. I've noticed my bowel movements coming out a bit slower and more formed instead of the sporadic small peices and chunks before i introduced the almond butter milk.
I wasn't experiencing this when I made almond milk by blending the nuts and straining the water through a milk bag. I guess i'll go back to that technique.
I LIKE THE NUT BUTTERS, TH MAKE FASTING EASY.
