These are beautiful! AND you're a photographer. I'd like to see a photo of your brain. Seriously these are gorgeous! I'd love to see more.
Where's some pix of YOU???? You're not on America's Most Wanted or something are ya?? LOL
Not any more, I already served my time Just kidding people.
I have only ran across a few photos of me. The most recent is about 3 years old. I will see if I can find it again.
You're a man of many talents. What camera and lenses did you use? And, how did you get Pirano's picture so perfectly, like he's not behind glass, or in water. It looks like he's in a studio.
Thanks so much for sharing so much with us. I'd like to see some pictures of landscapes and of you!
Thats OK...btw, why do you have your camera set to high contrast? You will get much better results in print if you set it to normal. High clips the midtones and shatters the
histogram with the only positive outcome being slightly better looking images on the computer screen....
I am not a professional photographer by any means. The way I learned with a regular 35mm was someone gave me a Nikon 35mm and a $100 and told me to go take a bunch of photos. When I brought them back he told me to go show them to a professional photographer he knew. The photographer told me what mistakes I made on some of the shots. I went back and told the original person what his friend told me and he handed me another $100 and told me to go do it right this time. I have never taken a class or read a book on it.
I am in the boat with the digital camera. I don't have a clue what even half the settings are for on that camera. I am learning through experimentation. One of these days when I can manage to find some time I did buy a book on the camera and I intend to read it. Right now I don't have that kind of time, so I continue experimenting. Same with editing the photos.
In fact I don't have a clue what any of that is that you just said. I am not a techie person.
Btw...nice shots.
Thanks. I will have to post my 4th of July photos next. Got a few good ones before the battery died.

Those photos were taken with a Nikon D40X 10.2MP with a Nikon AF Nikkor 70-300mm lense.

His photos were actually taken with my IPhone camera. I just had to take a lot of photos since he would not hold still, then kept the best of them.

I don't have man landscape photos at the moment. I bought the camera actually to photograph my meteorite collection and suspected meteorites. I need sharp clear photographs, especially when photographing inclusions under the microscope. I do have some photos of the fireworks show from the 4th. I will dig up a photo of me some time.
