Liver Flush and Ornithine Capsules

I am going to do my first Liver Flush this weekend. I am going to do the the Dr. Hulda Clark 's Liver Cleanse and Gallbladder Flush Recipe. I have read on this site that they say to take 4 Ornithine Capsules before going to bed. Has anyone done this flush WITHOUT taking the Ornithine? Is is necessary to take the Ornithine? I understand that it will help you sleep, but I usually don't need any help.

MoreThis is a reply to # 148,234Yup! The first time I did it with and the second time without - my husband was the same.
The first time I took them around 1am as I was just not sleeping. The second time I just didn't need them and my husband fell asleep within seconds of his head hitting the pillow - so I didn't wake him to give them to him!! lol!

MoreThis is a reply to # 148,239I skipped them the first time...and I was up all night and got very little sleep....could have just been nervous...for all I knew a golf ball would come shooting out of my behind...lol
The second time I took 8 capsules and I slept great...of course I no longer had the golf ball fears...however, I will not do another flush without them.
