read Dr. Atkins' recipe for
Liver Flush in his book, "Age Defying Diet". Instead of epsom salt, he uses 2 teaspoons of milk of magnesia in one ounce of hot water. The rest of the recipe is basically the same as Dr. Clark's. Has anyone tried this? I have not done my first
Liver Flush yet and am still researching the subject. From what I have read here, the
Epsom Salt is the worst part, but perhaps milk of mag isn't much better
