Is our Digestion Dead or Alive?
Is our Digestion system Failing to provide our body with the needed Energy to
Feel Good and Happy and Healthy?
WHY may this be so?
How does our Digestion system work or how is it supposed to work to provide us
the needed Energy so we do not feel Depression and Aches and Pain?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
You mean there is a Connection between our Digestion and how we may end up
feeling?
Let us consider how our Digestion system is supposed to work to keep us Healthy
and Happy?
To accomplish this task our Digestive system must supply our body with a Stable
supply of Energy !
How is it able to do this or what happens to Prevent this from happening?
What does Stable mean?
Webster explains Stable as: firmly established; mentally and emotionally healthy
So, anything that is opposite of these would be Un-stable, like Sickness and
Disease both Physically and Mentally !
How then can our Digestive system supply our body with a Stable source of
Energy?
1st we may need to understand how our digestive system is supposed to work?
Foods enter into our mouth and our Saliva is supposed to be to the Alkaline side
to begin the Digestion process of the Fats and Oils, for Fats and Oils cannot
Digest without enough Alkaline Minerals !
Then as the foods enter into our stomach the Proteins , Fibers, Alkaline
Minerals need Acids to react against them to Cause proper Digestion !
For this to take place our body is supposed to release stomach Acids and or have
some way of producing enough stomach Acids?
How can our stomach have a steady supply of stomach Acids to do this job ?
We have Organs of our body that if healthy are supposed to supply our stomach with stomach Acids upon Demand!
Then our food moves from our stomach into our intestines where Probiotics are important!
How many of us have considered what Probiotics and Digestive Flora are and what
they are supposed to do?
Probiotics and Digestive Flora are what help Digest the foods -WE- eat !
How do they accomplish this task?
Maybe -WE- need to understand these little Life forms and find out what they
like to eat to be able to Live? Oh! Do they have to be Alive to eat?

If we provide the right environment and foods for the Digestive Bacteria, they
will be Happy and do their job for -US-, which is to Properly help Digest the
foods we eat to Cause the Steady supply of Energy to Power our bodys so that we
may have a steady supply of Energy to Feel Good and Happy !!
You mean we need to 1st feed these Bacteria what -They- like to eat in order to
then Feed our own body properly with the Energy it needs to Live healthy and
happy?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
When did we become a Microbial Bacteria, Yeast Farm?
How many folks Never considered this angle of eating for the purpose of properly
feeding the Good Aerobic Digestive bacteria what they like to eat to 1st keep
them Happy and Healthy?
Our Good Digestive Bacteria must have Live Carbons and Alkaline Minerals with a
Reasonable Carbon to Nitrogen ratio for them to Live Happy and Healthy and have
a Stable Lifestyle!
If we can learn to eat foods that provide this Stable environment for our Good
Digestive Bacteria, then these Good Digestive Bacteria will Produce a Steady
supply of --Organic Acids-- in our Digestive system to react against the
Proteins and Fibers and Alkaline Minerals to Cause a Steady Release of needed
Steady supply of Electro-magnetic Energy to Power our bodys into Health and
Happiness !
What happens when we Fail to supply the needed food supply for these Good
Digestive bacteria, like when we choose to eat too many Proteins and or Proteins
that are really Excess NPN and or Nitrogen that has not Complexed with the
needed Alkaline Minerals and Live Carbons?
Could it be that when we eat too much Nitrogen(Un-complexed Proteins) NPN or
even Proteins Lacking the needed Live Carbons and needed Alkaline Minerals, that
this Incorrect Carbon to Nitrogen ratio is not what the Good Digestive bacteria
like to eat, but what the Bad Digestive bacteria(-Anerobic-Bacteria that Live
without or with Less Oxygen)like to eat instead?
So, what happens when the Good Digestive Bacteria Die because of -US- not
feeding them what they need to stay Healthy and Happy?
Then the Bad bacteria(Anerobic) take over in our Digestive system and begin to
produce --Putrification-- of the foods we are eating!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is Putrification?
Putrification is the process of things beginning to become Rotten, like Rotten
eggs or Rotten smelling anything that is not Good !
So, when we choose to Fail to properly feed the Good bacteria in our Digestive
system, this sets the stage for an Un-stable supply of neded Electro-magnetic
Energy release to Power our body and turns our Digestive system into a Rotten
Mess !
Now do we begin to understand WHY we get a Rotten Gut feeling and then begin to
feel Rotten all over our body when we Fail to eat the proper kind of foods
needed to keep the Good Digestive bacteria Healthy and Happy?
What does an Un-stable supply of needed Energy act like?
Imagine when we get up in the morn and have no energy to get going !
Then during the day we become Weak because we have run out of Energy !
Then when we Drag home because we have run out of Energy !
In other words we run out of Energy, is the end result of Failing to have a
steady release of needed Energy and this comes about because we Failed to
properly feed the Good Digestive bacteria in our Digestive system! So they then
could eat and be happy and Healthy to then provide the needed Organic Acids in a
Steady supply for the Steady release of needed Electro-magnetic Energy to supply
our body a Steady supply of needed Energy !
Just ask any Diabetic about their ups and downs with their Unstable Blood Sugar
supply, which is because of them Failing to understand this needed Digestive
process !
From our stomach where the Greatest amounts of Acids should be, we should then have a transition to a more Alkaline condition as the food moves thru our intestines!
It is in our Intestines where Friendly Yeast should flourish, because Yeast work to raise the pH of the media!
Because of this, is the reason Why when we take Probiotics, we should First drink a glassful of water in the morn to Flush any Excess Acids out of our stomach and intestines, then take the Probiotic with a glass of skim milk!
The skim milk provides a food source for the Probiotics to live on and have time to reach our intestines before our stomach Acids increase too much and Kill the Probiotics!
This way our intestines can become inoculated with the Probiotics!
The stomach area does not support Probiotics because of the Acids!
Because mankind has just one stomach, we are not a ruminant like a cow, so our Digestive system works a little different!
Thus our Intestine area must be more Alkaline than our Stomach area!
Because of this our intestines should Suppport and contain Yeast cultures, for Yeast cultures help raise the pH of the foods being digested!
Yeast cultures may help make B Vitimans available to our body!
A shortage of B-1 may result in Beriberi = Congestive Heart Failure!
It may also be called White Muscle Disease?
One may take a little fresh baking yeast each day in warm water to help supply our needs to get more B-vitimans.
Surely it could not be so Simple? Could it be?
