Hey Everyone....I will be 5 weeks post-removal on Thursday and I have yet to have my period. I only had faint spotting after removal. Pink spots, not heavy enough for protection. I am waiting nervously, as I feel it is going to be a big one! Should I be concerned? Have any of you been this long w/out a period? I am happy I am not bleeding all the time and yet have concern that Mirena screwed me up! Early menopause or something. Any answers will be greatly appreciated! MoreThis is a reply to # 1,478,931Nah, dont sweat it. perfectly normal to have that kind of wait. also, don't worry yourself with things that haven't happened yet, everyone first cycle is different (mine was pretty light). As far as the early menopause, I tested positive for it, had the night sweats and hot flashes, and then it went away. I imagine if I was tested now, it would show up anymore (I hope). good luck!
