after the last post, I went back to spring water and yes, it makes a world of difference. The minerals contained in spring water seem to be really important. Same same would be to add some concentrace or other minerals of choice to the distilled water.
My diet is basically vegan with the exception of eggs, which I eat. No refined stuff, no cans, no frozen. Lots of whole grains, vegetables and fruit and some seeds (mostly sesam and pumpkin seeds). Trying to get some animal sources but it isn't simple as I strongly dislike meat and fish. I love milk and cheese but I menage to stay away, but I eat butter and lately I'm adding some kefir.

This is a reply to # 1,472,458Very interesting. Another example of how we should all work on finding what works for us rather than just doggedly sticking too or dropping some practice with out really getting into it personally, experientially.

This is a reply to # 1,472,977yeah well, I suppose we all want to pin down what works and what not for us, but it isn't simple, besides, what worked yesterday or last year might not work today. It's a mess.
My personal attitude is to never any more fight with the body in the name of some construction of the mind, because I saw how little resolutive that fight is. So I prefer to have an enquiring attitude, and never say never.

I don't agree with what you said. If I didn't misinterpret.
I don't think that pain is necessary for us to be afraid enough not to misbehave.
That's not how the universe works, and it isn't either the reason why people get sick, so that they learn to eat properly next time.
Fear isn't a fertile soil.
But I agree with what you said after, about acceptance, although I suspect you mean putting up with it, and it isn't.

This is a reply to # 1,473,595Ser, I was implying that pain is only a vibratory message that we unwittingly turn into suffering. Neither good nor bad, a neutral factor which has the ability to assist us or confuse and enslave us if we arent privy to whats really happening. I liken pain to be a most necessary component to life. Like when the message is to get off a hot stove, or like the evan more important signal that motivates us to ask, "why is my body feeling ill," or "what is going on here?".

This is a reply to # 1,473,798If we were a bit more aware we wouldn't need to arrive to pain to get back to harmony, it would more subtle.
But as we're not yet that aware, especially each of us in some field where we're most hooked up, and if we're in CZ that means that the field for me and you is likely to be the body, then pain is still necessary. Which is ok, I mean, if it exists then it's ok. Although I wouldn't say it's neutral, pain is painful, you can't get around that. Although never so unbearable that you can't surrender to it.
