i took the huge dose of 3000mg last week opened all the pills 30 of them and dumped the powder into a tablespoon three of them to be exact..added some honey and ate it..tasted good...then about an hour later my ears poped...then nothing no other signs..until a few days later when I wasted my hair and didn't even realize none fell out usually when i run my hands through i bring out with me large amounts.shoking every time...then I blow dry it because it is so long and lots ends up on the floor...I am always so afraid to see how much I even gathered it all up once and took it to the doctor with me...lol..Anyway now I am taking 2 pills a day will see what happens then adjust if I need to...am also adding msm powder to my drinks again...people say that helps...Anita
