My 21 yr old daughter had a bad accident whereby she fell 3 stories from a sky light, miraculously breaking only her pelvis. She was bedridden for 6 weeks but is walking perfectly now. But I have noticed recently that her hair has thinned a lot, especially at the temples, and has lost a lot of shine and luster that she had before. She also looks very pale. I wonder if this traumatic event could be causing the loss....while she was recovering her hair looked good, and it is only now (now it would be almost exactly 3 months since the accident) that I have noticed this change. Based on this, I am wondering if the inositol/choline would be good for her, or would MSM work better for her....MSM has helped my hair a lot, but of course my loss was thyroid and hormonal related. She is actually adverse to taking medications or vitamins so I want to make sure she takes the right thing if I can convince her to do so........She doesn't seem to notice the thinning and was offended when I pointed it out, but I think it important she corrects it as soon as possible....anyway, I appreciate any comments...
