Hi,
I've been using Magnesium oil for about a month now. Over the past 2 weeks, the underside of my hands have become very dry with cracked skin. I'm going to stop using the Mag oil for a while and see if it clears up. Has anyone else experienced this with Magnesium oil? Other sites on my body where I have been applying the magnesium oil are not dry or cracked at all...only my hands are showing this.- Re: Magnesium Oil causes dry skin on... dianamoore

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,462,119Yes..I have found the same. I am not sure why this happens as when it is applied to other areas of my body it is very moisterising.

The same happened to me. I understand that dehydration is one of the contraindications. Try to reduce the dosage, rehydrate the body and build up again slowly.
But I don't understand why it didn't happen to the rest of the body.
